I .Project Overview
China Merchants Bank is China's first wholly owned by the enterprise legal person shares of commercial banks, but also the first pilot banks of our country  promote  reform of  banking sector out of  the system. Recently, with the continuous development and growth of China Merchants Bank in China's financial business , the branches and subsidiaries are also more and more, the regional communication has become more frequent. Therefore, China Merchants Bank needs to configure a high-definition remote video conference room as conference type functions such as local multimedia conference, remote HD video conferencing, small discussion meetings, exchanges, listen to report, make decisions and other  foreign business negotiations.

II . Purpose and Features
In order to ensure the important meeting without interruption, the video conference system uses Kensence seamless backup system equipment with  HSDA-422A, and used in combination with   two HD video conference terminals to sure meeting operating normally. The system can automatically detect and switch the output signal of the conference terminal. Master and backup  terminal also enable, when the main use of the conference terminal signal without output HSDA-422A will be the first time to detect abnormal signal, at the same time HSDA-422A will automatically switch to standby terminal, and can achieve seamless switch, due to signal switching time is 1 frame, so that the participants were not aware of any abnormal situation enabled standby conference terminal, so that the meeting can be normal. The device will become the high-end video conferencing system's cutting-edge weapon".

III. Advantages 
1  Compatible with multi format signal and  all kinds of video conference terminal. The system's core  HSDA-422A support  arbitrary  signal input output, which is  compatible with the manufacturers of audio conferencing HD and SD terminals.
2 seamless backup switch. when the master terminal signal interrupted, HSDA-422A  can be automatically switched to standby terminal without black, blue screen, which is hard to perceive.
3 main and standby terminal signal monitoring function. This seamless backup system can monitor the output  video signal of the main  and standby terminal, ensure  normal operation of the conference terminal, and can find and solve  problems in time.
4 power cut through function. This system supports the voice and video signal of the main terminal can be achieved through the signal output function in the case of the device power off.
5 audio analysis function. High quality audio in HDMI signal of the terminal output is decomposed to the audio system, so that the audio can be reduced.
